These terms describe use of the website presented as Apex Automotive Search (“Apex,” “we,” or “this site”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit information or use the site’s services. Separate written agreements, if entered into, govern recruiting engagements.

Availability, qualifications, location, and compensation may change. A listing is not a guarantee of employment.
Recruiting fees
Candidates never pay Apex fees for recruiting services. Any dealer-paid recruiting fees, payment terms, and applicable conditions must be agreed in writing before a search begins.
Resumes and inquiries
Provide accurate information that you are entitled to share. Do not submit another person’s resume without permission, confidential employer information, government identification numbers, or malicious files. Submitting a resume permits its use for the recruiting review described in our Privacy Policy; it does not guarantee contact, an interview, or placement. The general resume form registers interest for future consideration. The contact form saves your inquiry and any attached resume to our private recruiter inbox for review and follow-up.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, upload harmful material, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful, discriminatory, or fraudulent activity. Access may be restricted when necessary to protect the site and its users.
Content and third-party services
Website branding and content, and linked third-party material, remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. You may use the site for your personal job search or legitimate hiring inquiries. External websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content, services, or decisions.
