A high-volume import dealership South of Boston is seeking an experienced Fixed Ops Director / Parts and Service Director to lead its fixed operations departments. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact with a top-tier import brand, a solid foundation, and room for continued growth.

The current department leader will transition into a Service Manager/Foreman role, providing operational support for the incoming Director. The dealership is looking for a hands-on leader who can oversee Parts and Service while working closely with advisors and customers as the face of the Service Department. This person will partner with a long-term General Manager to achieve store goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Parts and Service operations, driving profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a visible presence in the Service Department, coaching advisors and building strong customer relationships.
• Establish consistent processes that support service sales, shop productivity, and customer retention.
• Monitor department metrics, identify opportunities, and hold the team accountable for results.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong fixed operations team.
• Work closely with the General Manager and department leaders to support continued growth.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading high-volume import dealership fixed operations.
• Strong track record of customer satisfaction, customer retention, and employee retention.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach advisors and resolve customer concerns.
• Process-oriented approach and a clear understanding of the metrics that drive Parts and Service performance.
• Strong team-building, communication, and accountability skills.

Compensation

• $175,000–$225,000++ annually, with growth potential as the departments grow.
