Joseph Buick GMC is seeking an experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our growing service department. We are looking for a highly skilled technician who takes pride in diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues while helping mentor and develop other technicians.
POSITION DETAILS
Job Title: Master Automotive Technician
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Reports To: Service Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and diagnose mechanical issues
Perform advanced computerized diagnostic testing
Repair and replace worn or malfunctioning components
Complete repairs and maintenance to manufacturer and dealership standards
Ensure all work meets quality and safety requirements
Provide guidance and training to junior technicians
Accurately document inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance performed
Stay current with advancements in automotive technology and repair procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a Master Automotive Technician
Excellent knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic tools
Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex automotive issues
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Valid Driver’s License required
